The correspondent of "The Times" at Riga says Soviet tribunals have taken a heavy toll of life without trial, throughout Russia, in the past few days, including the shooting of six exofficers in Turkestan, twenty persons in Kieff for allegedly belonging to Monarchist organisations, ten in Kursk, including Prince Tshakovski, three at Orel, for opposing Soviet agents, two of whom were killed, and also eight at Kharkoff for engaging in anti-Communist propaganda. It is reported from Ukraine that 100 witiBolshevists were shot in batches during the past fortnight. [A previous message stated that Prince Tshakovski, and eight Czarist officers were sentenced to death at Kursk for organising a coup d'etat on behalf of the Grand Duke Cyril.]
