CHRISTCHURCH CLUB. The Wardrop Cleek, which is to be played at Shirley links next Saturday afternoon, ia a mixed foursome bogey handicap, and intending players are to arrange their own partners and opponents and book their starting time with the. club professional, who is the official starter. After the competition the players and their friends will be the guests of Mr G. T. Weston, vicepresident of the club, and Mrs Weston, at afternoon tea. HAREWOOD LADIES' CLUB. A modal competition will bo played concurrently with the second qualifying round for the junior championship cup on Thursday, July 2Sth. The draw is:—Mrs Blank plays Mias D. Th&cker. Miss M. Thackar plays Miss Kiver, Mrs T. Armstrong plays itrs Wilkin. Miss Cowlishaw pla-c-s Miss Johnston, Miss Fleming plays Miss BOarey, Mrs Crozier plays Mr 3 C. Bell, Mrs J. Wilson plays Mrs Binns, Mrs Tattle plays Mrs Bayfield, Mrs Stevens plays Miss Page, Mrs Wauchop plays marker. In the semi-final of the two-life knockout competition, Mrs Tattle plays Mrs Tingey and the winner meets Mrs Manning in the final.
