MOERAKI HELD UP.

TROUBLE WITH CREW. (PBBBS ASSOCIATION TBLEGBAM.) WELLINGTON, July 26. The Moeraki, which was to have left for Port Chalmers yesterday, was held up owing to two of the crew being absent. Before they would join the ship they demanded that a month's wages be paid to them for the trip. As this is contrary to rules, the owners have paid the ship off. She is to lie up here instead of Port Chalmers.
