COURT'S JUDGMENT PREPARED. (1-AJtaS A3SOCIATIOH TEUSGSAM.) WELLINGTON, July 20. The Appeal Court to-day notified that their judgment in the case of McGiuer v. Gresham, had been prepared, but as it was a very lengthy one, they would not read it, but make a copy available for counsel as soon as possible. ~- The Court was asked to detcrinino the amount of tho estate of the late John Duncan McQruer, valued at about £.05,000, after payment of duties and logacies, that is to be given to charitable institution* in accordance with th«i Will. The testator provided for the distribution of any surplus income among charitable institutions in New Zealand, the Salvation Army to teceiTe a larger proportion than any other.
