HAWERA COURT-MARTIAL FINDING. (press association telegeam.) ' HAWERA, Juno 20. "Guilty on all charges" was the finding of the military court-martial which heard allegations against Staff-Ser-geant-Major (warrant officer, first class) C. S. Mahoney. The sentence was as follows: He will b'o reduced to the rank of Staft-Ser-geanfr-Major (warrant officer, second class), and tako rank and precedence as if the appointment bore the date of May 23rd. [Mahoney was charged (a) with disobeying the lawful command of a superior officer, Captain B. W. Harvey, when the Waverley Mounted Rifles were in camp, by refusing to go to his tent when ordered; (b) using insubordinate language, in that he 6aid, "I will not take any orders from any Territorial officer; (c) acting to the prejudice of military discipline in that ho called "Harvey," and performed an insulting- act with his hands.]
