SUCCESSFUL MEETING. The old-established McKeniie Club ran off Us thirty-seventh- annual contest last week, ut'der somewhat trying conditions on the first of tlie tjjree days. Very satisfactory nominations were received., and good work was the general rule. Operations were carried out in a very efficient manner, as was the judging of Mr M. L. Elliot. As secretary, Mr J. Mcßae, of Wijimate, carried out his duties most efficiently. Competition from outside was not as strong as on v ® rl * ous other occasions, nevertheless, A. Aubrev, 1). Davis, and J. Snlillie (»»i----mate) and W.'B. Hope and A. Allan well represented the other districts, while the Albury Club was very capably and sucessfully represented by quite a strong contingent, who secured a full share of the coated honours.
