(raESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, April 4. At the Supreme Court Roy Bateup, on two charges of uttering forged cheques, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment. John Gibb. of Hastings, at present serving three months 1 imprisonment, was sentenced to 12 months for breaking and entering, the sentence to be concurrent with the present sentence lor breaking and entering
