EXHIBITION IN SYDNEY. (ntou cub. owx cobresfoxdekt.) SYDNEY, March 3. The big Radio Exhibition in Sydney has revealed some extraordinarily novel wireless sets. A doll, for example, in a miniature perambulator turns out, on close inspection, to be a three-valve set. A line four-valve set takes the form of a model lighthouse, two feet high, with a reading lamp in the tower. The main constituents in a '.' bushman's" set are scraps of wire. The coil passes round a broken bottle, along which slides a fork for tuning. Crystal sets in match boxes are another feature of the exhibition. Another set takes the form of a pocket book. Mr Frank Downes, who was blinded at Gallipoli, but is nevertheless a radio enthusiast, produced a two-valve set for which he was awarded a special prize.
