The lobby correspondent of the Central News Agency says that the Government has come to a preliminary decision in favour of granting women votes at twenty-one. Mr Baldwin promised to make a statement before 'Easter. Meanwhile the Conservative Party will have an opportunity to decide whether the step is too revolutionary.
