STRAND THEATRE.
"THE MAN IN THE SADDLE." "The Man in the Saddle," starting Hoot Gibson, is the main attraction at the Strand Theatre this week. It is & thrilling story of tho great American West, which gives the star an opportunity of displaying his marvellous horsemanship. On a big ranch, that is chiefly engaged in entertaining tourists, a number of fako hold-ups are ataged to givo tho city folks a thrill. There are mtny surprises in tho picture, and the inannep in which Joff Horgan, who has been engaged to run down tho bandite, brings tho whole gang to justice, is one of tho ms-ny exciting chapters of tho story. 3'he oecond picture is ''Thank You," foaturing George O'Brien and Jacqueline Logan. In this story it is tho gossips who cause all the mischief in the small New England town. There is a most unusual all-star cast, supported by a numbor of well-known players. On tß# same programme is featured episode 2 of "Fighting ."With Buffalo Bill."
