GENERAL PANGALOS.
PLOT FOR LIBERATION. (BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.) ("THE TIMES.") (Received January 27th, 7.35 p.m.) LONDON, January 26. The Athens correspondent of "The Times" reports that a plot < was recently discovered in naval circles to facilitate the escape of General Pangalos, the former dictator, from the Averpff prison. The Government decided on prompt measures, sending Pangalos back to prison in Crete.
