WELLINGTON RADIO STATION.

[THE PRESS Special Service.] WELLINGTON, January IS. The new and powerful radio broadcasting station'to bo provided in Wellington for the Eadio Broadcasting Company is tp bo erected on one of the highest points in Roseneath. An early start will bo made -with the building operations. The plant will bo erected by Messrs A. K. Harris and Co., of Chrlstchurch. The new station, is to bo provided with a 30 KVA high voltage plant, in addition to the power for broadcasting operations, and with such power it should be as easy to hear at Invercargill as in Whangarei. It is expected that the new station will bo ready about the middle of April.
