TEAM FOR N.S.W. COMPETITION. [THE PRESS Special Sorrice.] ■WELLINGTON, January 18. Details were discussed in connexion with the Kirk Windeyer cup at the New Zealand Golf Council meeting, and a report was received from Australia showing that the competition had been approved by the New South Wales Association. The teams will consist of four amateurs, and the. first competition will be in Sydney next June, about the time of the New South Wales State championships. It was resolved to pay the • actual expenses of the four members of tho team, and to nsk the clubs to nominate any member of the national handicap of five or under who would be willing to go, to be in by the end of March.The team will be selected by the Couneil in April.
