, DUNEDIN, January 17,. On Sunday evening a woman who resides in South Duaedin was struck by and in consequence is at present confined to her bed. The woman was standing in a right-of-way at her home, bidding goodnight to a friend, when a flash of fightmng, which was conducted b> the steel buokle on on*, of her slippers, struck her. Her left leg was injured, but not seriously, the injury consisting of a severe swelling.
