\tAMB ASBOtftATIOH MSIiBOBAH.) PAHIATTJA, January 16.
William T. Boyd, a stock dealer, has been missing Since Wednesday at midday, when he left a settler's property at Nlkau in a car. He has not been seen since.
The car was discovered early yesterday morning by a party of searchers in the Mangahao Stiver at Marima, having left the road and gone over a 160 foot bluff. • There is no trace of the body yet, though the river has been dragged for several miles. The search is being continued, but the task'is doubly difficult owing to the wild state 1 of the country borderintf the river in tho neighbourhood of this spot.
