BUCHAREST, December 8. A fire, originating in the kitchens of the Royal Palace at midnight, destroyed the contro of the building, including the throne and reception rooms. Tho side wings and furniture were saved. The Royal Family escaped.
PRINCE CAROL'S INTENTION,

LONDON, December 8. The Vienna correspondent of the "Daily News" says that it is believed that Prince Carol is ready to return to Rumania, aiming to govern by Fascist methods, which is interpreted to mean with the assistance of the army, which would not be popular with the public.
