PRISONERS SENTENCED.

(PRESS association TELEGBAM.) WANGANUI, August 21. At the Supreme Court this morning, J. Leslie Faithful Henry was admitted to probation for three years for misappropriation of the funds of the Marton Court, while in charge as clerk. He was ordered to refund £75, and to refrain from entering picture theatres, dance halls, and billiard saloons. Herbert Vivian Buttrey, for a breach of probation, was sent to a Borstal Institution for three years.
