WHEREAS by a Rosolution passed by tlio said Board on the 21st day of December, 1925, by way of Speoial Order, and confirmed at a Mooting of the said Board held ou the 10th day of January, 1026, the Board resolved that a furthor ' portion (namely £10,000) of the £40,000 loan authorised by the poll of ratepayers on the 20th day of May, 1924, should be raised, AND WHEREAS it was also' resolved In the said Resolution by way of Special Order that the interest on the said loan of £IO,OOO should be at the rate >of Five Pounds Fifteen Shillings per centum per annum, and that the said Special Loan should be raised by the issue of One Hundred Debentures of One Hundred Pounds (£100) Each, AND WHEREAS all such Debentures have not been sold, and the Board desires to Offer the Unsold Balanee of the same to bear interest at Six Pounds per centum per annum.
