The next stage of the ex-Rulers' property question will be in the Reichstag, where a compromise Bill has already been presented. Dr. Marx has announced his intention of expediting this Bill, which provides for the restoration of what can be proved to be private property, and is based on Cabinet's declared desire to be just. Neither the Nationalists nor tho Socialists have yet defined their attitude to the Bill.
