HUNTING.
BBACKENPIELD HOUNDS. The Braokenfleld Hounds met at Mr Heotor Molntosh's, Kaiapol, on Saturday. Castiag off in the home paddock, a hare was soon set afoot. After oiroling through Mr Mcintosh's, she crossed the road to Mr Fear a property, through Mr Paroham's, where, after a good run, she was pulled down. After breaking her up, a paddook oJ Mr Fear's was drawn, where a strong hare was put up, making off at a solid pace towards Mr Mcintosh's. Doubling back, ehe headed through Mr Pear's, across some good stiff country of Mr Paruham's, where ah. was brought down In the paddock adjoining the previous kill. As horses and riders were feeling the effects of a strenuous day, hounds were packed up, and the followers returned to the homestead, where they were entertained by Mr and Mrs Molntosh at afternoon tea. «■.«»»_ m. Messrs H. MeIntosh on Blr Oharlos, B. B. Skevington on Homeleigh, B. Chapman on Blot, I, McIntoßh on Glentui, S. Stoken on Venus, S. Wright on Ginger, F. Kesteven on Egypt, B. Ohatterton on Llghtfoot, W. Parsons on Crib, B. Fear on Wippet, H. Orm» on Bobbin, B. Parsons on Speedy, K. Mcintosh- on Ginger, J. Jelfs on Nob, D. Stalker on BoyaV A. Molntosh on Upstart, A. Forrest on Ace, P. Power on Flaxton, Colin Molntosh on Billy W. Orme on Dominlok, H. James on Handcuffs, E. Griffln on Beeord. , TOrivins'. were: Mr 0. Skevington, Mr and Mrs Waring and party. Motoring were: Mrs H. MoIntosh, Mrs S. Molntosh, Dr. and Miss Gillett, Mr and Mrs Grant, Mr H. M. Burgln and party, Mrs Fear and Mrs Anderson, and many others. .
Messrs W. D. and H. 0. Wills forward the information they have received a further consignment of coloured racing prints, and are presenting them in return for "Three Castles" and ."Capstan" .Cigarette packets as advertised. These photogravures are real works of art, and there should be keen competition for them by all interested in the noble horse.
