BRITISH MINISTRY'S THREAT. ' tin CAB**-MWBS ASBOOIiTIOir—COMSIOHT.) (Received June 21st, 10.55 p.m.) LONDON, June 21. Following the West Ham Guardians» refusal to abate the scale of relief fot the unemployed, amounting to 55s for a man, his wife, and family of six, Mr Neville Chamberlain, Minister for Health, states the "Daily Mail," has ißsued an ultimatum to the Guardians refusing further loans and threatening to supersede the Guardians when existing funds are exhausted. It is stated that the Guardians are bankrupt. They owe the Ministry of Health £1,970,000, besides a.bank overdraft of £390,000.
