Several arrests have been made. POLICE SEIZE BOMBS. (Received June 20th, 5.5 p-m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, June 19. Apparently the plotters were awaiting Mustapha Kemal Pasha's arrival in Smyrna to carry out their designs, but the plot was discovered just before the President's arrival. ' The police seised weapons and bombs. The arrests include several prominent personages.
