Interest: £5 15s per cent, per annum; Exchange paid by the Board on all accepted Application Money; Principal and Interest, payable Free of Exchange at any Branch of. the Bank of New Zealand within the Dominion; Debentures issued in Denominations of £IOO, £SOO, or £IOOO at option of .purchaser; Debentures and Interest secured by special rates on the capital value of an area comprising practically the whole of the City of Christchurch and. a large portion 'of its suburbs; Sinking Fund.provided for repayment of ,Loan; : Application Money received, at the Offi.ce of. the Board, 198 Hereford street,. Christ-, church,. in Cash, Bank Draft, or Cheque; Brokerage of 10s per cent, paid to Members of recognised Stock Exchanges and to Banks and Solicitors doing bnsiness in the Dominion on sales actually completed by them.
