BETUBN TO SHAREHOLDERS. (MUB9B ASSOCUTtQM TttSQtkH.) DUNEDIN, Jane 17. At a meeting of the New Zealand and South Seas Exhibition directors this evening, an estimated statement of the affairs of the company was released. It shows that approximately £61,241 17s 4d will be available for distribution among holders of the 82,651 shares, giving a return of approximately 14s lOd. _ It was decided that a meeting of shareholders would be called to liquidate the company on June 80th.
