"William Duncan MeKersher. an employee of the Public Works Pepartmeni on the East Coast railway works at Kaiwaka, bad bis bead crushed while working a steam shovel on the works. lie died from his injuries. So. far as is known, the man was single, and had no relatives in the Dominion.
