DISHONEST SECRETARY.
WELLINGTON, May 5. William George Kernan, aged &. pleaded guilty and was remanded for sentence on a charge of failing to account for £4l 9s 9d, the property of the Wellington Kennel Club, of which he was secretary. Accused said he had used the money for his own purposes.
