AUSTRIA TO PARTICIPATE. (Received May 2nd. 5.5 p.m.) VIENNA, May 1. The Austrian Lawn Tennis Association has reconsidered the question of participating in the Davis Cup matches, and has agreed to play South Africa in London in the middle of May.
