JAPANESE STEAMER AGROUND. (by cable— press association— copyright.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received April 29th, 1.25 a.m.) TOKYO, April 28. A dispatch from Hakodate reports that the Chichibu Maru of 1540 tons went aground off Horomushlro, in the Kuriles during a storm yesterday. Two hundred and thirty are missing.
