Tii6 Canterbury Horticultural Society's Chrysanthemum Show which oj>ertS to-day in the Art Gallery and will be continued tomorrow, promises to bd a great sticcdM. Record entries of flowers, fruit, and vegetables have been received, and the display of chrysanthemums, both in tho amateur and open classes, will be one of ' tho finest of recent years. Bloom 9to be exhibited in both classes are reported to be looking really splendid. A produce stall, and an afternoon tea stall are amonjst the other attractions.
