At a meeting of the Committee of Unlimited Charities held on Monday, the various gab-committees reported good progress with arrangements for the pantomime <e>nd«. ells " whioh is to he produced at the Theatre Koyal from June 12th to 19th. Tha proceeds of the pantomime are to be to the various orphanages of Chnstehureh, and it is expected that tha company will also play in Timaru. as in former years, for the benefit oi the South Canterbury orphanages. The pantomime is now m rehearsal, and it is anticipated that this ■rear's production will eclipse all former efforts of Unlimited Charities. Both the chorus and ballet will be strong features of the show, and the dressing and scenic effects are reported to be very ambitious. Several alterations in the cast have been made, «nA with the addition of"a"number of.experienced performers, "Cinderella" bids, fair to have a very successful season.
