Gould was ordered to pay costs. For driving a motor-car without lights Thomas Jackson was ordered to pay costs, Richard L. Round 10s, William Stevens 10s, Herbert Wait 10s, and J. Williams 10s. ON THE FOOTPATH. For cycling on the footpath without ■ a li«ht the following were fined 20s and coets: -Oswald Blake, Sydney Hill, John McCreanor, Leonard Smith, and W. Wilkins. On a similar chargo Francis O'Brien was fined 10s, and J. Finnerty ss. UNATTENDED. For leaving a motor-car unattended the following were each fined 10a and coets:— L. J. Brocherie, M. L. D. Crossley, Andrew lSrickson, Thomas J. Maling, Hugh O Connor, and Alfred B. Oliver. . PILLION" RIDING. For pillion riding Arnold Colenso waa fined 10s and costs, Frank Collins 20s, H. F. Reed costs. Robert M. Clague and A. H Saunders were each ordered to pay costs. For riding as passengers on tfio rear of motor-cycles, Leslie Saxon ma Edward. J.
