(r»ESS 1380CI1TI0K TELEGRAM.) DANNEYIEKE, April 15. A fatal accident occurred at the Glengarry Soldier Settlement this morning. J. F. Tidswell, one of the settlers, a married man with one child, was found dead in s deep ditch alongside the' road, into which the horse and cart had fallen when on the way homo from the factory. Tidswell was much injured' about the head. It is presumed ho was kicked by the horse. He was very popular, and one of the leaders on the block.
