EUROPE'S MONARCHISTS CONFER. (BS CABLE—PBE3S ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.) (SETTEE'S TELEGRAMS.) BEELIN, March 7. A' secret conclave of the Monarchists of Eusisa and Central Europe opened at Munich on March 6th, according to the "Taegliche Eundschau," though topics being discussed are not revealed. The Russians, who arrived from London and Paris, include representatives of the Grand Duke Cyril, the Dowager Empress, Marie Federovne and Nicolai Nicolaivitch. They conferred laßt Sight with German Monarchists. The meeting was adjourned till Sunday for the arrival of the Hungarian Monarchists, including Count Andrassy. It is further stated that a meeting of the Grand Duke Cyril and Prince Rupprecht has been planned for the end of March. Some 200 Russian Monarchists aTe forgathering in Paris *at the beginning of April to elect a new Tsar, either Cyril or Nicolai. ,
