LONDON March 2. The query "Must ft doctor tell!" was answered when D?. Kingsbury was fined £35 at Mansion Souse, for refuting ta disclose tho name of « drug addict whom ho was treating.

Dr. Kingsbury, who gave notka of appeal, said that it was th# sawed duty of a medico not to disclose the confidence of l}is patient.
