Officials of the Trades Hall Council are considerably incensed over the action of Mr S. ¥, Bruce in departing from ,tho procedure adopted during the past five years by requesting the Commonwealth Council of Federated ITuiong to soleet n, Labour delegate tp attend the International Labour Conference at Geneva,
In proving years Labour Councils were asked to select a delegate, whose name was then submitted for the approval of the Government. A meeting of the Council lias been convened for to-night, when the position will be discussed.
