UNLIMITED CHARITIES.
. $, —- — GENERAL MEETING. A general meeting of Unlimited Charities was held last night. Captain Taliu Rhodes presiding over about sixty members. Tlio chairman stated that the meeting was to consider the fourth annual pantomime. In three years the. society had raised £ISOO tor charity through its pantomimes, and last year concerts, i« which tho society members made 90 per cent, of the performers, had raised an additional £450. Miss Ngaio Marsh, Ilia author, then road the book of this year's production, "Cinderella," which she said was more of a fairy play than a pantomi mo. Mrs J. Hulmc was appointed tho producer and the first -'rehearsal was set down for Tuesday, March oth. The play will be produced at tho Theatre Roj.al in the second week in Juno, and it will be in aid of tho orphanages.
