RECONSTRUCTION LOAN. pursuance and exercise of the powers ■ vested in it in that behalf by tho "Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," the Waimairi County Council proposes to raise a SPECIAL LOAN of £40,000 for tho purpose of reconstruction and paving with bituminous concrete, the Main Highways in the Waiairi County, i.e.: a. Main North road. b. Marshland road, c. Biccarton road (from Clyde road to Church Corner). d. Taldhurst road (from Church Corner to Russley road).
