Mr Philip Snowden, M.P., attacked ill" AVinston Churchill on the question of tho Italian debt settlement. Ho declared that if Mr Churchill remained Chancellor of the Exchequer, tho country would soon havo no national assets. Ho did not believe that any man could bring the finances to such a deplorable state in twelve months.
