The recently dusty corridors, hall, rooms, and cubicles have taken 011 u new smartness, due to the efforts of the advance party, and in spite of the somewhat forbidding aspect of the exterior of the building.-;, all is lull of warmth and life inside. Altogether there aro about li! 0 men in camp, and they are going through a general course of medical work. Te Oranga is very suitable for the camp, everything in tho way of diningroom, lecture hall, kitchen, storehouses, swimming pool, tennis courts, and gymnastic apparatus being at hand. "We're having a pretty good time out here," said one lied Cross man on Saturday. "Wo have four blankets apiece which you never get in other camps." Major F. .7. Borrie is the O.C. and Major G. A. Gibbs the Adjutant. Associated with Major Borrio are Captain A. D Anderson, Captain Louisson, and Captain W. Jl. Simpson, Captain Chaplain Powell, Lieutenant GPeek, and Lieut, it. W. Brown, and attached aro Captain A. M, Wright and Major A. L. Gray. Visitors' Day. Yesterday morning a church parade was held at tho camp, and from 9.-1-3 a.m. until 12 noon a corps parade. From 1.30 p.m. onwards the corps entertained visitors. Tho course of training will include physical drill and squad drill, Thomas splint drill, and stretcher drill. Training is also being received in hand seats and lifts. Friday will bo the great day—the Field Day, when a route march will be held. Operations wdl be carried out under active servico conditions. Tor Trentham. At various times during the camp lectures will bo given by tho medical officers. Camp will be struck 011 Saturday nest, and tho majority of tho officers and n.c.o.'s and somo of the men will leave for Trentham, where another sis days' courso will be gone through. To-day the camp will be visited by the general officer in command, and on Friday by the Director of Medical Services, Colonel Tracy Inglis.
