ROTARY CLUB'S CHRISTMAS APPEAL. The Rotary Club approved at its last meeting a report from tho Committee which handled the Christmas Appeal for Orphanages and view of the fact that the public subscribed generously, the Club has handed to the newspapers a report which discloses the following particulars:
