VISCOUNT KATO'S DEATH. (BY CABLE—PBKSS ASSOCIATION—Con-lUGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) TOKIO, January 28. Viscount Kato developed pneumonia on Wednesday night. He was untirin his devotion to duty, despite nWlical advice, and this resulted in over-strain, leaving him no reserve strength to combat his illness. Cabinet has formally resigned. Baron Wakatsuki succeeds Viscount Kato in the presidency of the Kensai Ivai, or Government Party. PRIME MINISTER'S FUNERAL. [EF.'JTBK'S TELEGRAMS.)
