LYTTELTON AND WESTLAND. The dates unon which the Electoral Court, consisting of Mr Justice Stringer and Mr Justice Ostler, will hear tho election petitions lodged in re.spect of the Lyttelton and Westland seats, havo not been fixed yet aa i&r as is known in Christchurch. There is an impression current that the Westland petition will be heard As there is a considerable amount of preliminary procedure to be gone through, it is not considered likely that the Lyttelton petition will be heard before the twontieth of next month. ■
