VISIT FROM MR BRUCE?
DUNEDIN WANTS HIM {SPECIAL TO "TEE TBESS.") DUNEDIN, January 27. Advantage has been taken of the presence of Australia's special commissioner, Mr Clive McPherson, C.8.E., to suggest a visit to the Exhibition from the Prime Minister of Australia, (Mr Stanley Bruce). Mr McPherson discussed it at the reception in his honour. "On the occasion of the anniversary j ,f us , tralia, 8 settlement, I have no doubt that Mr Bruce would welcome the opportunity," said M r McPherson, but have some doubt as to whether ""^it Pa , rll ament is now in session, and that makes it very difficult, but if it is at all possible I am sure that the Prime-Minister will he pxily too pleased to embrace the opportunity 5 '
