The annual meeting of the Papanui A.O.F. was held in tlie Gaiety Hail on Monday, January 11th. C.R. Bro. H. Munro presided. Sick pay was passed for payment to four brothers. The balance-sheet was read and adopted. Tho election of officers resulted: —Bro. W Munro, C.R.; Bro. S. Munro, S.C.R.; Bro. L. Cla-rk.", S.AV.; Brc. A*. J.AV.; Bro. J. Cains, 5.8.; Sister Hooper. J. 8.; treasurer, C. Smith; secretary, C. G. Claridge; auditors Bros. A. Roberts and L. Claridgc; medical officers. Dr. M B rk Brown and Dr. Ardagh; district delegates, Bros. Hockey and C. G.
