Tho ''Daily Express,'' under the headline '• Problem of Australian Future/' across its front page, gives prominence to tho report of the Trado Commissioner, Mr Dal ion, on the situation in Australia to June, 1920, which report has b<n?!i issued by tho Department of Overseas Trade. Tho <f Expross'' says that Mr Dalton places in tho foreground of his picture two striking facts: That Australia is a land of many empty spaces and two great cities. The paper also gives prominence to a jwssago in which Mr Dalton dwscusses tho effect of high tariffs and the development of manufactures on t'/he drift to the cities.
