Letters submitted to the Editor for publication must be written in in k, and on one side of the paper only, and writers must send in their names and addresses in full, whether it be intended that these shall be printed or not. 2. Correspondents MUST SAY DISTINCTLY WHETHER OR NOT THEIR LETTERS ARE BEING, OR HAVE BEEN. SUBMITTED TO OTHER JOURNALS. 3. The Editor cannot undertake to return or to preserve any letter which for any reason is unsuitable for publication, to acknowledge unsuitable lettcrs (although this will be done where it appears to be necessary) or to enisr into any correspondence concerning letters submitted for his consideration.
