IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the VLocal Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," the Wai : niairi County Council proposes to raise a SPECIAL LOAN of £9OOO for the purpose of Kerbing and Channelling Streets in the North Papanui Channelling Loan Area as defined in the Schedule heretro. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the "Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," the Waimairi I County Council proposes to raise a SPECIAL LOAN of £5500 for purchase of land for the purpose of providing a Park in Webb's road, Bryndwr.
