RESOLUTION to raise a. Repayment Loan under Section 16 of tho "Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1915." WHEREAS the sum of aix thousand fivo hundred and fifty rounds (£6550) being part of a Loan of .£10,660 borrowed by tho Waimairi County Council on January 10th, 1911. and seven thousand nino hundred pounds (£7900) borrowed on January 10th, 1916, for tho purpose of Electrical Reticulation in the Waimairi County is duo and payable on the 10th dav of " January, 1936, AND "WHEREAS tho accumulated Sinking Fund provided is insufficient to pay off tho said Loans," tha sum of fourteen thousand four hundred pounds (£14,440) is required for that purpose, NOW THEREFORE tho Waimairi County Council in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the "Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," hereby Tesolves bv way of SPECIAL ORDERFIRST—To borrow tho said sum of fourteen thousand tour hundred pounds (£11,400) for tho purpose of paying off tho said Lonns.
