"THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA."
The scene at- the "Avonia"* Depot, the special box office for. "The Phantom of the Opera" bos, plans, is indeed a busy one. The continuous daylight screenings of scenes from the famous production are attracting great crowds all day long. "The Phantom of the Opera" will be presented simultaneously at Everybody's and Greater Crystal Palace Theatres for six days only, commencing on Monday, January 11th. The brevity o£ the season will naturally mean that the capacity of the two big theatres will be taxed to the utmost, and many intending patrons will be unable to gain admission unless they take the precaution of booking their seats early. Past experience has proved tho wisdom of booking in advance, as during the last six months many people have been -disappointed by seeing the "House Full" sign out when they arrived to purchase their tickets of admission. For this reason the box plans for "The Phantom of the Opera" have been opened much earlier than usual at the special box office, the "Avonia" Depot, 677 Colombo street. This unusual procedure has been taken entirely in the interests of patrons, and that it is appreciated is evidence by the considerable number of seats already booked for both theatres. .
