JAPAN TO SEND TROOPS. (bt cable—press association'— coptright.) (austbalian and n.z. cable .association.) TOKYO, December 15. In view of the situation in Manchuria the War Office announces its immediate intention of bringing up the garrison to full strength by sending' 1000 troops from Korea and following them up with 2500 from Kururne. When the Kurume troops arrlvo, the original 1000 will rotum to Korea. The commander of tho Kwantung garrison has again warned tho Chinese generals that there' must be no fighting within gun range of the railway, also sear tbq Japanosc zone. FIGHTING AT PEICHIPU. (AUSTRALIAN ANQ N.Z. cable association.) SHANGHAI, December 15. According to Japanese reports, thero has been heavy fighting in tho Peicbipu sector, which will probably determine Chang Tso-ljn's, fate.
